- Sweet potato (satsumaimo/murasaki imo)
- Matcha powder
- Cinnamon
- Dried fruit & chestnuts
- Sea salt
Steam or bake, mash with matcha & cinnamon, add fruit/chestnuts, shape, sprinkle salt.
🍡 Sweet Adzuki Bean Paste (Anko)
- Adzuki beans
- Kombu (seaweed)
- Natural sweetener
Soak beans overnight, simmer with kombu, mash into paste, sweeten lightly.
🍓 Rainbow Berry Jam
- Mixed berries
- Unsweetened applesauce
- Orange peel
- Goji berries
- Flaxseed & cinnamon
Simmer all ingredients, blend if desired, store in jar.
🍫 Dates + Dark Chocolate
- Medjool dates
- Dark chocolate (70%+)
- Optional: nuts, sea salt
Pit dates, stuff with nuts, dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle salt, chill.

- Chia seeds
- Flaxseed
- Soy milk
- Banana/dried fruit
- Cinnamon & toppings
Mix ingredients, refrigerate overnight, top with fruit & nuts.
