• Takes any viral video ad as reference
• Takes your product photos
• Clones the ad frame-by-frame (same hand movements, cuts, lighting, pacing, camera angles)
• Swaps only the product
• Runs 100% inside Claude via the Polaris MCP — no external apps needed after setup

Note: This is a style-recreation system using modern video models (Kling 3.0 / Veo / Seedance) under the hood via Polaris. It produces highly similar UGC-style ads, not pixel-perfect original footage.

2. Prerequisites

• A Claude account (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise recommended for Skills + Connectors)
• A free or paid Polaris UGC account → polarisugc.com
• Product photos (clear, high-resolution, multiple angles preferred)
• A viral reference ad (video file or public link)

3. How to Get the Skill (Free)

2. Comment exactly: CLONE
3. Diego will DM you the skill file (usually a zip or SKILL.md folder)

4. Step-by-Step: Connect Polaris MCP to Claude

Polaris exposes a remote MCP endpoint at https://polarisugc.com/api/mcp.

For Claude.ai (Pro / Max plans)

1. Open claude.ai and go to Settings → Connectors
2. Click Add custom connector
3. Paste the URL: https://polarisugc.com/api/mcp
4. Click Add
5. Authenticate with your Polaris account when prompted
6. In any new chat, click the “+” button → Connectors → enable Polaris

For Claude Desktop / Claude Code

Once connected, Claude can generate UGC ads, recreate styles, and run the product-swap skill directly inside the conversation.

5. Install the Claude Skill

1. Download the skill folder you received via DM
2. In Claude.ai go to Settings → Skills (or Customize → Skills)
3. Click Upload skill and select the zip / folder
4. Toggle the skill ON
5. Make sure the Polaris MCP connector is also enabled in the same chat

The skill will now activate automatically whenever you mention “clone this ad”, “product swap”, or similar phrases.

6. How to Use the Skill (Product Swap Workflow)

Step 1 – Prepare assets
• Viral reference video (download or link)
• 3–8 clear product photos (front, side, in-hand, packaging)

Step 2 – Start a new Claude chat
Enable both the Polaris connector and the new skill.

Step 3 – Give the command
